The primary bedroom is a calming getaway, featuring a king-size bed, a flat-screen HDTV, and private balcony access. The guest bedroom, with two double beds and a flat-screen HDTV, has its own en-suite bathroom with a tiled tub and shower, plus access to the shared balcony.

**Please note that the entire complex (North and South Buildings) will be undergoing a huge-scale construction project from roughly 10/15/2025-4/30/2026, depending on and unforeseen circumstances that may arise. This will include painting of hallways, corridors, and optional replacement of oceanside windows and doors. There will be machinery and workers on site which can cause periods of brief noise.
