As part of the oceanfront Barrington Arms complex, this bright, modern, and elegantly furnished condo will place you mere steps from landscaped grounds, the cool Atlantic Ocean, and the soft sand of Hilton Head Island's beaches. Whether you're hoping to swim, play golf and tennis, or ride bicycles, you'll be in exactly the right place to do so.

Easily accessed by elevator, this condo is a breezy, air-conditioned space with sliding glass doors that open to a private balcony and a mirrored wall that maximizes the natural sunlight. Step inside to find a gorgeous kitchen that's outfitted with stainless steel appliances, handsome countertops, and a breakfast bar with seating for two, with a six-person, glass-top dining table just beyond. Move into the living room, where you can take a seat on the comfortable sectional couch, browse the fast WiFi or the offerings on the flatscreen TV (one of three in the condo), or step outside onto the balcony to savor vistas of the surrounding live oaks and palmettos from a seat at the outdoor dining set. Or, simply grab a fresh bathing suit from the private washer/dryer and head downstairs to the building's outdoor swimming pool, hot tub, and boardwalk that leads directly to the beach.

How to find the best vacation rental experience:

When to book & When to go:

  • Book your Hilton Head rental property in Spring or Fall to enjoy warm weather while saving money and avoiding crowded roads, restaurants, and activities.
  • In the Hilton Head area, The earlier you can reserve a vacation home, the better your selection will be. The most desirable vacation rentals are reserved early. Booking your rental home 6-12 months before your travel dates is recommended. Christmas, Thanksgiving and New Years Eve are excellent times to search for and book your rental.
  • Veterans and Active Duty Military members may qualify for special discounts. Be sure to ask your prospective property management company or host if your group qualifies for a price reduction.
  • Booking websites usually offer their guests an option to buy vacation insurance. Trip insurance, which usually will cost you between 1% - 5% of the stay price, offers visitors reimbursement of costs for any missed vacation time as a result of personal medical-related issues or weather, as well as ensuing additional evacuation costs, such as an unexpected hotel stay or extra gas expenses. Trip insurance might be a a welcome relief if the unforeseen happens. Ask your host for specifics.
  • Find a copy of your local Hilton Head visitors guide magazine upon checking in. If your rental property doesn't have one, you can find them at local grocery stores, shopping centers, and visitor centers. In addition to great articles, visitor guides have discounts for local accommodations and attractions.

Narrow your Search:

  • Select your vacation dates and budget.
  • Note the number bedrooms and what type of bedroom configuration your group needs. Elegant Condo in Oceanfront Complex w\/ Deck, Shared Pool\/Hot Tub, Beach Access has 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. If you need a larger or smaller rental, use our Hilton Head rentals search.
  • Specific information regarding bedrooms and bed sizes & counts is normally accessible on booking websites. If not, contact the property manager before reserving the vacation property. Note that most property listings specify the max. guest capacity, which oftentimes includes sofa beds in living rooms. You will need to establish what configuration is right for your family.
  • Visiting for a single event? Try a map search to find nearby rentals.
  • Proper accessibility amenities can make or ruin a vacation for persons with disabilities. Confirm all required amenities are included before booking
  • Are you bringing the family pet? Many vacation homes allow animals, but guidelines and restrictions apply. Allowable pet type, breed, and size are often limited. Ask your property manager before booking, and study your agreement thoroughly! Additional pet fees or charges might be applied to your agreement.

More considerations for your visit:

  • Review arrival and departure procedures before leaving home. Save the instructions to your smartphone, and take a printed backup.
  • Document any issues with the property at check in, and immediately contact the owner. We especially recommend e-mails and text messages, as they usually contain built-in time stamps that can be helpful if damages are attributed to your stay.
  • Ask questions. You may want instructions for a hot tub, elevator or coffee maker. Contact your host. They are there to help! A brief phone call can prevent quite a few issues.
  • Be a good neighbor! You wouldn't like disagreeable visitors bothering your life at home. Employ the golden rule for common sense. Happy residents may even recommend great restaurants and places you would have never otherwise known about!
  • Speaking of neighbors... Ask a local resident! Neighbors can usually help you find the best spots in town. Who better to ask where to book the best tours, have a great night out, or the best spots for bird watching?
  • Ensure you protect the owner (and your stuff!) by locking and securing the home when you are gone, just like you would back home.
  • When it's time to leave, take a walk-through to confirm you did not forget any personal items. Make sure to check bathrooms, dressers, and closets for hidden items. Clean out the refrigerator and take or dispose of leftovers.
  • Go through the rental one final time and look for damage. We advise walking through with the property manager whenever you can. If the host is not available, remember to take photos and video of the rental to record its condition.
  • Did you have a great stay? Most rental home management companies make it easy for vacationers to provide feedback. If your rental and/or host was terrific, they would love to hear about it. If anything was imperfect and they failed to fix it within reason, or if the vacation rental wasn't described correctly, you'll want to make a note as part of your feedback.
