Plan your next escapade to Hilton Head Island and book this marvelous and freshly remodeled villa! Equipped with great amenities to make your stay a breezy one and offering access to a shared outdoor pool and tennis court, fun and relaxation are assured. The first floor offers a pristine and ocean-themed open floor plan with the living room and dining room together, and the kitchen conveniently separated by a wall. The living area is inviting with its comfortable sectional couch strategically placed in front of a enormous, wall-mounted TV with streaming services. From here, you'll have direct access to one of the greatest perks of this getaway: a covered and furnished patio. This private space offers outdoor furnishings (a couch, two armchairs, and a convenient coffee table) and a gas grille, providing the ideal and secluded nook to savor the outdoors while still being at home.

Back inside, the dining table is charming and seats up to lucky guests. However, if you'd like a more informal place to appreciate your meals, there's another dining table across the kitchen, but this one seats fewer people. Speaking of the kitchen, it comes entirely equipped with great appliances, cookware, and silverware that will make cooking a breeze. This level also has a convenient half bathroom under the stairs.

The bedrooms are located all the way up on the second floor, along with two full bathrooms (both are ensuite). The main bedroom also features a wall-mounted TV with streaming services, a modest desk, slight golf course vistas, and a modest powder room. The guest bedroom has a TV as well.

You'll find nothing but top attractions close by. The Shipyard Golf Club is within walking distance from your doorstep, the beach is just two miles away, and there are plenty of great eateries in the area. Head to Van der Meer Tennis Club (half a mile) to play a round in one of the 13 clay courts, four outdoor hard courts, or three indoor courts.

Strategies for getting the best Hilton Head rental home experience:

Finding your perfect rental home:

  • June, July, and August are the most expensive months along the coast of SC. To get the best value, consider shifting your trip dates to the Spring or Fall months. May, September, and October offer excellent temperatures, fewer crowds, and greatly reduced traffic. Many vacationers use this strategy to find larger homes within budget, or to book a beach front vacation rental that would otherwise be unavailable during the Summer months. Speaking of the off-season, don't overlook the holidays for a Hilton Head vacation! Who wouldn't love a holiday on the coast? Thanksgiving and Christmas are great times to gather with loved ones at the beach.
  • Reserve your rental as early as possible. Rental schedules often become available 12 months in advance (or in September just after the Summer season ends). Many families book their Summer rental homes during holiday gatherings. Reserve before these holidays for best selection.
  • Some property management companies offer discounts for active duty military and veterans. Check with your property manager to see if discounts are available for your family.
  • Property management companies frequently offer guests an option to buy vacation insurance. Trip insurance, which normally will cost you between 1% - 5% of the stay price, offers visitors reimbursement of their vacation costs for missed time as a result of medical-related emergencies or weather, as well as ensuing additional evacuation costs, such as an unanticipated hotel or extra fuel expenses. Trip insurance can be a a life-saver if the unforeseen happens. Ask your host for specifics.
  • Many property management companies supply Hilton Head area travel guide magazines which include coupons, either offered directly by local companies, or by way of a relationship between the management company and the business itself. You can also find Hilton Head visitors guide and coupon books at local gas stations and shopping centers.

Make a plan and pick your Hilton Head vacation home:

  • Start by selecting potential vacation weeks and a spending budget.
  • Decide how many bedrooms and what type of bedroom configuration your group requires. Dog-friendly villa with free WiFi, furnished patio, gas grill, pool, & tennis has 2 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. If you need a larger or smaller rental, use our Hilton Head rental home search.
  • Precise information regarding bedrooms and bed types is usually available online. If you don't see them listed, email or call the property management company before booking the rental. Remember that most property listings specify maximum guest capacity, which frequently includes sofa beds in living rooms. You will need to establish what is suitable for your group.
  • Are you looking for particular amenities? Most rental websites include search filters for amenities. Use these to your advantage to find the perfect rental home.
  • Suitable accessibility can make or break a vacation for persons with disabilities. .
  • Traveling with pets? Although a number of vacation homes allow pets or animals, guidelines and costs vary per property. Type of pet, size and breeds may be limited. Make sure to ask before booking, and study your agreement! Extra fees or costs applied to your contract.

More tips for your stay:

  • Store the host's information in your smartphone.
  • Document any damages to the property upon arrival, and immediately e-mail them to the property manager. We especially recommend texts and e-mails, as they usually contain time stamps that can be very helpful if there is a dispute.
  • Property managers are there to help! Don't be shy to ask questions before, during, or after your stay.
  • Be a good neighbor! You wouldn't like unpleasant visitors disrupting your home life. Use the golden rule for best judgement. Happy residents may even recommend great local food and attractions you would have never otherwise known!
  • Don't forget to... Ask a local resident! Residents can frequently point you in the right direction. Who better to ask where to see a beautiful sunrise or sunset, have a great night out, or the best spots for fine dining?
  • Keep your rental home locked while you're gone! Don't let thieves spoil your holiday.
  • Don't leave anything behind! Before you drive away, take a walk through the rental property to reconfirm you've collected all belongings. Remember to check closets, dressers, garages, and bathrooms for hidden belongings. Remove everything from the refrigerator and take any leftovers home.
  • Inspect the rental a final time and keep an eye out for any damage. We advise walking through with the host whenever you can (often this isn't possible). If the manager is not available, ensure that you take photos and video of the rental to record its condition at check-out.
  • Did your group have a terrific stay? Most vacation rental websites make it easy for customers to provide comments. If your property and/or host was terrific, they would love to hear it. If anything was amiss and they failed to address it within reason, or if the vacation rental wasn't described correctly, you'll want to make a note as part of your feedback.
