Recently modernized throughout, this villa offers the ideal blend of luxury and casual island living. Spread out in the open floorplan where you can whip up your favorite recipes in the well-equipped, full kitchen, dine together at the adjacent table for six, and then meet up in the sunlit and inviting living area with striking furnishings and a wall-mounted, flatscreen TV for streaming all your favorite shows and movies. You'll also appreciate high-speed internet access, central air conditioning, a desk and chair in one of the guest rooms for remote work or schooling, and a private washer/dryer. Out back, this home offers a furnished patio and a gas grille for summertime cookouts! And if you want to cool off close to home, the shining shared pool is just 50 yards from your door!

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if allowed.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furnishings, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

  • Summer time is high season in the Hilton Head area. To get the best rental for your budget, we strongly suggest booking in the Spring or Fall. You'll enjoy lower rates, better selection, gorgeous weather and the absence of giant crowds at the beach and popular Hilton Head attractions. Speaking of the off-season, don't overlook Winter holidays for a Hilton Head vacation! Who wouldn't love a holiday vacation near the ocean? Christmas, Thanksgiving, and New Years Eve are great times to gather with family and friends at your favorite beach.
  • In the Hilton Head area, The sooner your group can reserve a vacation rental, the better your selection will be. The best rental homes are booked early. Booking your vacation home up to twelve months before your vacation dates is recommended. Holidays such as Christmas and Thanksgiving are excellent times to search for and book your vacation home.
  • Some owners offer promotional rates for veterans. Check with your host or property manager to see if rate reductions are available for your group before you book.
  • Property management companies usually offer renters an option to add vacation insurance protection.
