A 4-min. walk takes you directly to Folly Field Beach. Don't miss the spectacular sunrises and the feel of the sand between your toes. With an enclosed backyard, private pool, and hot tub/spa, this is the ideal setting for a calming Hilton Head vacation for you and your family.A dining area features seating for 7, as well as 4 additional barstools at the kitchen counter. With a pretty quartz countertop, the kitchen is well equipped with all the silverware and cookware you will need to prepare meals. The kitchen also unfolds into the Carolina room which is ideal for a family gathering. Savor a game of foosball or take in a movie on the 65-inch HDTV Intelligent TV. Plenty of light enters the home through the enormous sliding glass door and windows on the back the home.

The master bedroom features a king size bed and a private bathroom that has a granite shower and floor; The 2nd bedroom with a king size bed has its own bathroom with a shower. Bedroom 3 has 2 twin beds, and the 4th bedroom has a Twin over Full bunk bed. Both bedrooms share a full bathroom with a tub/shower. There is also a queen size sleeper couch. Each bedroom has a Intelligent TV. A stacked washer and dryer are on site.

The backyard features a private pool with a hot tub/spa that can be heated. The shallow end of the pool is 3 feet and 5 feet at its deepest. The pool also has a tanning ledge. Plenty of outdoor seating is available as well as a dining table. A gas grille is available for the ideal BBQ.
