The dining room seats six and the kitchen bar has seating for three additional people, the ideal place for family meals or game nights. Just off the dining room is a screened in porch overlooking one of Palmetto Dunes lagoons.

The main king bathroom is one the main level. This room features a king bed, TV, door to the outside patio, enormous refreshed bathroom with double vanity and a sizable walk in shower.
