Palmetto Dunes is a gated community located mid-island and just a two-mile drive from dining, shopping, marina activities, and anything else Hilton Head offers. The resort has three world-class golf courses, an award-winning tennis center, a lagoon system with kayaking and canoeing, and miles of bicycle trails. There is no shortage of activities for every kind of person!

  • Inspect the rental a final time and scan for any damage. We advise inspecting the property with the property manager whenever you can (often this isn't possible). If the host is not available, take video and pictures of the property to record its condition at check-out.
