The Island Club complex is close to the center of activity on Hilton Head Island. This property is surrounded by lush, sub-tropical vegetation, making it feel calming and secluded. Walking paths along manicured lawns allow you to access the private beach and the resort's amenities, including picnic and Bar-B-Que plots, three pools, a shared hot tub, nine tennis courts, a exercise center, and a fishing lagoon.

Located on the fifth floor, the two-bedroom villa has complimentary WiFi and a well-appointed kitchen with modern appliances. The living area features a TV and access to the patio via sliding doors. Guests who stay in the main bedroom have their own door leading to the terrace and a private bathroom with a walk-in shower.

THINGS TO KNOW

This property is managed by Vacasa Vacation Units of Hilton Head Island LLC.
The Island Club Management will close the lap pool and kiddie pool on the last Friday nighttime in October. The hot tub will stay open and heated until the Friday nighttime after Thanksgiving. The kiddie pool, lap pool, and hot tub are scheduled to reopen on the 2nd or 3rd Saturday of March, barring any maintenance issues.

The heaters for both the lap and kiddie pools will stay on during the spring until the weather changes. The heaters will be turned back on in the fall, depending on the weather.

Parking notes: There is complimentary parking for 1 cars.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if allowed.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furnishings, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
