The Kitchen is modern with stone countertops, stainless steel appliances and cabinetry. The furnishings throughout the living, dining and bedroom areas is tasteful, yet comfortable, and reminds you of a coastal beach hideaway.
The primary bedroom has a king bed, private balcony, and an en-suite bathroom with double vanity and a enormous walk-in shower. The second bedroom has two queen beds, a private balcony, and en-suite bathroom, with a tiled tub and shower combination.
Villamare has finished a multi-million-dollar pool remodel, creating a luxury beachfront experience with upgraded amenities. Highlights include a saltwater main pool and spa for families, a relaxing adults-only pool for guests 21+, and a year-round heated indoor pool and spa. Additional features include a modern exercise center, sauna, updated bathrooms, oceanview sun decks, gas grilling stations, and a cozy fire pit. Guests also appreciate private beach access, covered and uncovered parking, and elevator access to all floors. Outdoor pools are heated from March 15–May 1 and October 15–December 1, while the indoor pool and hot tub are heated year-round.
**Villamare Painting Project commencing on September 15th, 2025.This includes stucco repair, balcony and ceiling enhancements, roof repairs, and painting. Expect to see scaffolding in front of living room windows and balconies during this period, along with accompanying noise. The entire undertaking is expected to be finished by March 30th, 2026.
