The home features a reverse floor plan, with the main living area upstairs to capture natural light and treetop vistas. The living room, kitchen, dining area, primary bedroom, and a second king bedroom are all located on the upper level. Access to this level is by either a narrow indoor spiral staircase or a standard outdoor staircase from the exterior. Guests with mobility considerations or very young kids often find the outdoor staircase to be the more comfortable route.

The lower level includes two additional bedrooms, two full bathrooms, a laundry room, and a additional room with a trundle bed, providing flexible sleeping space for families or groups.

Outside, there is a gas grille for simple meals after the beach or golf. The paved outdoor area below provides space for casual play, though it is not maintained as a regulation pickleball or tennis court.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if allowed.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furnishings, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
