Just steps away from the beach and with vistas of the lagoon from the private, furnished balcony, this two-bedroom condo is the ideal way to experience everything Hilton Head has to offer! Inside, a comfortable, carpeted living space is dressed in tons of tasteful decor, cozy furnishings, and all the amenities you deserve during your vacation. The living room features a flatscreen TV, a ceiling fan, and access to the balcony. The full kitchen includes a passthrough window to the dining area and has granite countertops, modest and major appliances, and plenty of cabinet storage for all your vacation staples. You can serve up to six guests at the handsome dining table or take advantage of the shared gas grille to throw a fun-filled Bar-B-Que with friends. After spending the day at the beach, come home to let the private washer/dryer take care of all your laundry while you use the suite's work desk, chair, and high-speed WiFi to knock out that last-min. project. Submit your task then head out to discover all the fun on-site conveniences that include a shared pool, hot tub, and tennis court. You can take the elevator to conveniently access this second-floor suite, and the central AC and ceiling fans will keep the place nice and cool on a hot summer afternoon!

This property is managed by Vacasa Vacation Units of Hilton Head Island LLC.
The lap pool, kiddie pool, and tanning shelf will close on the evening of October 29, 2023, and re-plaster work begins on October 30. The hot tub will close on the evening of November 24. (Due to the re-plaster work, there may be times when the hot tub is not available.) All pools are scheduled to re-open on March 2, 2024 (date subject to change due to construction).

The heaters for both the lap and kiddie pools will stay on during the spring until the weather changes. The heaters will be turned back on in the fall, depending on the weather.

Parking notes: There is complimentary parking available for 1 car.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if allowed.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furnishings, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

About the Area

Located in Hilton Head Island, this condo is near the beach. Fort Howell and Fort Mitchel are local landmarks, and some of the area's activities can be experienced at Palmetto Dunes Club and Barony Course at Port Royal Golf Club. Adventure Cove and Pirate's Island Adventure Golf are also worth visiting. Scuba diving and snorkeling offer great chances to get out on the surrounding water, or you can seek out an adventure with horse riding and cycling nearby.

  • Management companies and individual rental owners usually offer guests an option to add vacation insurance. Trip insurance, which normally costs anywhere between 1% - 5% of the reservation price, offers visitors reimbursement of their vacation costs for any days missed as a result of personal medical-related catastrophes or weather, as well as ensuing additional evacuation costs, such as an unanticipated hotel overnight or additional gas expenses. Trip insurance is definitely a bank account-saver if the unforeseen occurs. Ask the property owner for more information.

  • Respecting late-night quiet hours and parking restrictions can make a stay significantly more pleasurable. Be a good neighbor. You will increase your chance to make local friends, and resident neighbors are often an incredible source for finding the best local attractions.
  • Don't forget to... Ask a local resident! Neighbors can usually help you find exactly what you're looking for. Who better to ask where to order the best nachos, have a great night on the town, or the best spots for fishing?
  • Double-check the rental property to confirm that you've packed everything at check-out. Make sure to check bathrooms, dressers, and closets for hidden items. Clean the refrigerator and take or dispose of leftovers.
  • Please make sure to walk through the property a final time and look for any damage. We advise walking through with the host whenever you can (often this isn't possible). If the host is not available, take photographs of the property to record its condition.
  • After your trip, leave a review! Property owners rely on good ratings to propel future bookings. They'll be much obliged for your feedback.
