Beckenham 101 is a newly updated, two-bedroom, two-bathroom villa in Port Royal Village. It is located on the first floor for simple access and is next to the pool. It has pretty vistas of the relaxing lagoon and Barony Golf Course.

The main bedroom is gorgeously decorated and features a king bed, a flatscreen TV, and a private bath with a modern glass-enclosed walk-in shower.
The guest bedroom features two queen beds, a flatscreen TV, and a private bathroom with a glass-enclosed walk-in shower and a laundry center with a full-size stackable washer and dryer. The light, bright villa has roomy living areas and a balcony off the living room and both bedrooms for your enjoyment.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if allowed.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furnishings, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
