This 1,700-square-foot villa is just a brief walk to the sea and sits and the end of the street with a generous private backyard including a patio that overlooks the Port Royal Golf Course. This alluring villa has a gas fireplace that overlooks the kitchen with pretty granite countertops. Sit in the Carolina room and appreciate your meals while relishing the golf vistas. There is great separation between the main bedroom (with vistas of the golf course, a Roku-enabled TV, and an en suite bathroom) and the two guest bedrooms at the front of the home.
