This newly modernized 1,700-square-foot villa is just a 15-min. walk to a gorgeous beach park and a 5-min. walk to the neighborhood’s private pool. Located at the end of a peaceful street, the villa features a backyard paver patio with a gas grille ideal for outdoor dining and relaxation.

Inside, you'll find T.V.s in each bedroom and a 65” TV mounted above the fireplace in the living room. The completely equipped kitchen has everything you need to prepare meals with ease, featuring modern appliances and ample cookware. The laundry area includes a new washer and dryer for your convenience.

Savor your morning coffee or relax with a good book in the Carolina room, which overlooks a serene golf course. The cavernous two-car garage provides parking for your cars, with additional space for one more car out front. For beach outings, the garage is supplied with eight beach chairs, two umbrellas, a beach wagon, two modest coolers, and three bicycles (two adult-sized and one for a teen) for guest use.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if allowed.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furnishings, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
