This newly modernized property features amazing upgrades, including wood/tile floor throughout! The open-concept floor plan is ideal for entertaining. The main level of the condo features a enormous living area with a flat-screen TV and access to a private patio with lagoon vistas. The kitchen features stainless appliances and granite counter tops.

The first level features a bedroom with a king bed, flat screen TV and private bathroom. This striking bathroom has been remodeled with gorgeous tile work and a huge walk-in shower.

The second level features the remaining two bedrooms. One bedroom has a king bed, flat screen TV and a private bathroom with a tub/shower combination. The other features a double bed, a twin bed and a private bath with a tub/shower combination.

Springwood Villas is located just a short walk to the beach and a fast bicycle ride to Coligny Plaza. Visitors to the complex have access to a complex pool as well.
