The primary suite features a king-size bed, a intelligent TV, and direct access to the patio. The en-suite bathroom is configured with an additional-enormous walk-in shower with two shower-heads.

The second bedroom is furnished with two twin-size beds. The second bathroom includes a tub/shower combination.

Extra perks include complimentary Wi-Fi and an in-unit washer/dryer. Unassigned parking is available for two cars in the open community lot. Street parking is not allowed. Motorcycles and mopeds are not allowed on-site.

Beach chairs and toys are included in the rental.

The fireplace in the living area is not operational. The community pool is unheated and open year-round.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if allowed.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furnishings, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

Located near the beach, this condo is in South End, a neighborhood in Hilton Head Island. Shelter Cove Harbour and Palmetto Dunes Club are worth checking out if an activity is on the agenda, while those wishing to experience the area's natural beauty can explore Coligny Beach and North Beach. Finding your perfect rental:

• June, July, and August are the most expensive months along the coast of SC. To get the best rental home within your budget, we strongly suggest reserving in the Fall or Spring. You'll enjoy lower rental rates, greater selection, beautiful weather and the absence of large crowds at Hilton Head restaurants, tours, and activities. Many vacationers use this method to find larger homes within budget, or to reserve a beach front rental that would otherwise be unavailable during the high season. Speaking of the off-season, don't overlook Winter holidays for a Hilton Head vacation! Who wouldn't love a holiday near the ocean? Thanksgiving, Christmas, and New Years are great times to gather with friends and family at your favorite beach.
• Reserve your vacation rental as early as possible. Rental schedules generally become available a year in advance (or in September just after the Summer season ends). Many families book their Summer vacation rentals during Thanksgiving, Christmas, and New Years Eve get-togethers. Book before these holidays for best selection.
• Some property managers offer rate reductions for active duty military and veterans. Ask your property manager if special offers are available for your group.
• Property management companies usually offer customers an option to buy vacation insurance. Trip insurance, which usually costs between 1% - 5% of the base reservation price, offers visitors reimbursement of costs for missed days as a result of medical-related issues or weather, as well as evacuation costs or charges, such as an unanticipated hotel or extra fuel expenses. • Protect the property owner (and your things!) by locking the rental while you are away, just like you would at home.
• Re-check every room of the rental property to confirm that you've packed all belongings at departure. Re-check bathrooms, dressers, and closets for hidden belongings. Remove everything from the refrigerator and take any leftovers home.
• Walk through the rental a final time and keep an eye out for damage. We recommend walking through with the property manager whenever you can. If the host isn't available, remember to take photographs of the rental to record its condition.
