1253 Harbour Town Club is a highly desired, professionally decorated, multi-level townhome right in the heart of Harbour Town in Sea Pines Plantation. Savor multiple private balconies and shared access to a handsome outdoor swimming pool!

Pull into your private, covered parking area and ascend a modest staircase to the main floor. The living room provides comfortable seating, complimentary WiFi, a flatscreen TV, and access to a private balcony overlooking the pool terrace. The balcony features a table and chair set and a gas grille, ideal for outdoor dining and calming!

Just off the living area are the dining room and kitchen. Floor-to-ceiling windows let in an abundance of natural light. The kitchen is open to the dining area and features saturnia floor, granite countertops, and stainless steel appliances.

All four bedrooms have new wood floor, and the carpeting on the stairs and in the hall was replaced in early 2018. Ascending the stairs to the second floor, you’ll find the two guest bedrooms. The third level features two master suites, both with vistas of the swimming pool.

Harbour Town Club Villas are the ideal vacation spot for the whole family. These villas are located mere steps from stores, eateries, and the Harbour Town Lighthouse!
