This condo sits alongside a creek in Springwood Villas, a property that features an outdoor swimming pool just 50 yards away. Savor a exercise center located across the street for your morning workouts, as well as simple access to the Cordillo Tennis/Pickleball Courts and the Van der Meer Tennis Center across the street in either direction.
