You can also entertain as you prepare from the cavernous, well-equipped kitchen complete with stainless steel appliances and a breakfast bar. On-site, Windsor Place offers guests a number of amenities including shared outdoor pools, a pool spa, and convenient beach access.

Palmetto Dunes is a gated community located mid-island within a mile of eateries, stores, and marina activities at Shelter Cove. Getting the best value:

• The earlier your group can book a rental home, the better your selection will be. The most desirable properties are reserved very early. • Property managers sometimes offer discounts for veterans and active duty military. Remember to ask your property manager if special discounts are available for your group.
• Property managers typically offer renters an option to buy trip insurance protection. Trip insurance, which costs between 1% - 5% of the base reservation price, offers visitors reimbursement of their vacation costs for any days missed as a result of personal medical-related emergencies or weather disasters, as well as ensuing additional evacuation costs, such as an unexpected hotel or extra fuel expenses. Trip insurance can be a a life-saver if the unforeseen occurs. Ask the property owner for details.

• Document the condition of the property at check-out. We recommend taking a video during your final walk-through.
