Ride the two complimentary bicycles on over 20 miles of shady bicycle paths, many with low intensity lighting for cycling at nighttime. Harbour Town is a mile away and South Beach Marina is just 2.5 miles. Full riding stables with guided tours into the 600 acre forest preserve. Free petting zoo for all ages and electric boat eco tours. One of the best features of this villa is the enormous screened in porch overlooking a fairway on the Atlantic Dunes Golf Course. Free tennis at a private club in the afternoons, two complimentary bicycles, and a complimentary gym membership to Breakthrough Exercise All that is missing is your family. This villa is pet friendly, but please note that we have a pet fee, so please be sure your pet is listed in the guest count as you book so that your quote will be accurate.
Please note this property does not have a neighborhood pool. Pool access is through the freshly refreshed South Beach Pool, located 3 miles from the villa by the marina. Passes are $125 for a family weekly pass. Daily and individual passes are available. For details and to register visit southbeachpool.com.
