Hassle complimentary with all linens, beach chairs and towels supplied. Ideal for two families, this villa sleeps seven comfortably with two king bedrooms, a third bedroom with two twins beds as well as a day bed in the upstairs loft area.
Ride the two complimentary bicycles on over 20 miles of shady bicycle paths, many with low intensity lighting for cycling at nighttime. Harbour Town is a mile away and South Beach Marina is just 2.5 miles. Full riding stables with guided tours into the 600 acre forest preserve. Free petting zoo for all ages and electric boat eco tours. One of the best features of this villa is the enormous screened in porch overlooking a fairway on the Atlantic Dunes Golf Course. Please note this property does not have a neighborhood pool. Pool access is through the freshly modernized South Beach Pool, located 3 miles from the villa by the marina.
