Village House 104 is a splendid condo so close to the beach! Located in the Village House in Port Royal Village, this well-appointed and attractively-furnished end condo creates a comfortable and calming environment for either a vacation or a long-term rental. Great location only a few mins.' walk to the beach, pool, and Westin.

Enter the building through the lobby and take the elevator to the first level. The keyless entry system on the front door of the condo makes direct check-in and check-out a breeze. You are greeted by the luxury wood floors throughout, the tasteful décor, comfortable furnishings, and TVs in every room. The living room has a camel-colored leather couch and loveseat, enormous TV, and balcony access for appreciating the serene sounds of the village. The entirely-equipped kitchen has new stainless appliances and everything needed for preparing daily meals. The dining area is just off the kitchen and has a table and chairs for every guest.

The main bedroom has a TV, balcony access, and a private bathroom with a tub/shower combo. The guest bedroom has a TV, balcony access, and access to a hallway bathroom with a tub/shower combo. The Village House is a multi-story building with lobby entry (lobby locks after hours for security) and offers an unassigned community parking lot and access to a shared community pool.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if allowed.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furnishings, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

When to book & When to go:

  • Reserve your vacation rental as early as possible. Rental schedules often open 12 months in advance (or in September just after the Summer season ends). Many groups reserve their Summer vacations during Thanksgiving and Christmas gatherings. Book before these holidays for best selection.
  • Summertime is high season in Hilton Head. Book your rental in the Fall or Spring to enjoy gorgeous weather while saving money and avoiding crowded roads, restaurants, and activities.
  • Some hosts offer promotional rates for veterans. It's always a good idea to check with your property manager to see if special discounts are available for your family.
  • Property managers usually offer customers an option to obtain trip insurance. Trip insurance, which normally costs anywhere between 1% - 5% of the base booking price, offers visitors reimbursement of their vacation costs for any missed time as a result of medical-related catastrophes or weather disasters, as well as evacuation costs or charges, such as an unanticipated hotel stay or extra gas expenses. Trip insurance might be a a welcome relief if the unforeseen happens. Ask your property manager for specifics.

  • If your group is traveling with pets, you'll need to find a rental that allows animals. Make sure to ask for information on breed, weight, and type restrictions. Note that some property managers charge pet deposits and fees.
  • Are you visiting for a specific event? Use a map search to browse nearby rentals.
  • Proper accessibility amenities can make or ruin a vacation for guests with disabilities. Confirm all necessary amenities are available before reserving a rental.

During your stay:

  • Get the host's contact number and entry/exit procedures for your rental home.

  • Don't forget to... Ask a local! Neighbors can usually point you in the right direction. Who better to ask where to launch your kayaks, have a great night on the town, or the best spots for fine dining?
  • Upon check-out, complete a final walk-through to make sure you have not forget any personal items. Check dressers, closets, and bathrooms for hidden belongings. Remove everything from the refrigerator and take or dispose of leftovers.
  • Go through the property one final time and scan for any damage. We advise walking through with the property manager whenever you can. If the manager isn't available, ensure that you take photos and video of the rental to record its condition.
  • Remember to leave a review! Property owners rely on good ratings to propel new reservations. They'll be thankful for your review. Alternatively, if something went wrong, other vacationers will be thankful you shared your feedback and help them have the best future vacation. Be fair with your review. If something fell short of expectations, consider whether the host could control the issue, and if so, whether they responded expeditiously to fix it.
