This refreshed, pretty two bedroom, two bath villa is located directly beside the Robert Trent Jones Driving Range and Clubhouse and is also just steps to the pool! You will feel instantly on vacation as you enter this coastal villa!

The warm and inviting villa is decorated with coastal colors and beach decor. Sensational wood floors run throughout the living areas. The cavernous kitchen features granite countertops and is well equipped to match your family or group's cooking needs. The kitchen is entirely outfitted with everything you could think of for cooking at your home away from home. The open kitchen overlooks the dining room, living room and the outside patio area. There is bar counter seating for four, and the dining area has seating for six. The living room has been updated with a sizable HDTV and wall to wall decor that makes you feel right at home by the beach. There is a comfortable L shaped couch and adore seat for you to relax in after a long day of vacation.

The primary bedroom with coastal vibes, contains a king bed, flat screen TV, private patio access and an en-suite bathroom. The bathroom has a granite vanity and tiled walk-in shower. The second bedroom with beach life vibes, has a queen bed and an en-suite bathroom. The bathroom has a granite vanity and tiled tub and shower combination. As a special feature, both bedrooms have adjustable beds via remote control.

Outside on your private patio, there is seating for six at your outdoor dining table. There is a propane grille on the deck for al fresco dining. There are some of the best vistas of the Robert Trent Jones Golf Course from your patio. You can comfortably walk to the RTJ golf course, Big Jim's Restaurant, General Store, tennis, pickleball or Alexander's restaurant. The Beach is effortlessly accessed by car, a short bicycle ride or by calling the seasonal Dunes Buggy on demand service. This villa is close to everything outstanding that Palmetto Dunes has to offer!

You'll enjoy lower rates, greater selection, warm weather and the absence of giant crowds at the beach and popular Hilton Head attractions. Speaking of the off-season, don't overlook the holidays for a Hilton Head vacation! Who wouldn't love a holiday on the coast? Thanksgiving, Christmas, and New Years are great times to gather with loved ones at your favorite beach.
  • Reserve your rental as soon as possible. Rental schedules often open a year in advance (or in September just after Summer ends). Many groups reserve their Summer rental homes during Thanksgiving and Christmas gatherings. Reserve before these holidays for best selection.
  • Owners sometimes offer rate reductions for veterans. Ask your property manager if discounts are available for your family before you book.
  • Property managers usually offer renters an option to purchase trip insurance. Trip insurance, which normally costs 1% - 5% of the base reservation price, offers visitors reimbursement of their vacation costs for any missed trip time as a result of personal medical-related catastrophes or weather, as well as hurricane evacuation costs, such as an unanticipated hotel or extra gas expenses.   • Keep the property locked while you're gone! Don't let thieves spoil your vacation.
  • Don't leave anything behind! Just before departing, take a walk through the rental property to reconfirm you've collected all of your things. Re-check garages, decks, and cabinets for hidden items. Clean out the refrigerator and take any leftovers home.
  • Go through the rental a final time and look for damage. We advise walking through with the property manager whenever you can (often this isn't possible). If the manager is not available, ensure that you take video and pictures of the rental to record its condition at check-out.
