This refreshed, gorgeous two bedroom, two bath villa is located directly beside the Robert Trent Jones Driving Range and Clubhouse and is also just steps to the pool! You will feel instantly on vacation as you enter this coastal villa!

The warm and inviting villa is decorated with coastal colors and beach decor. Stunning wood floors run throughout the living areas. The roomy kitchen features granite countertops and is well equipped to match your family or group's cooking needs. The kitchen is completely supplied with everything you could think of for cooking at your home away from home. The open kitchen overlooks the dining room, living room and the outside patio area. There is bar counter seating for four, and the dining area has seating for six. The living room has been updated with a enormous HDTV and wall to wall decor that makes you feel right at home by the beach. There is a comfortable L shaped couch and appreciate seat for you to relax in after a long day of vacation.

The primary bedroom with coastal vibes, contains a king bed, flat screen TV, private patio access and an en-suite bathroom. The bathroom has a granite vanity and tiled walk-in shower. The second bedroom with beach life vibes, has a queen bed and an en-suite bathroom. The bathroom has a granite vanity and tiled tub and shower combination. As a special feature, both bedrooms have adjustable beds via remote control.

Outside on your private patio, there is seating for six at your outdoor dining table. There is a propane grille on the deck for al fresco dining. There are some of the best vistas of the Robert Trent Jones Golf Course from your patio. You can effortlessly walk to the RTJ golf course, Big Jim's Restaurant, General Store, tennis, pickleball or Alexander's restaurant. The Beach is conveniently accessed by car, a short bicycle ride or by calling the seasonal Dunes Buggy on demand service.
