The property is surrounded by luscious, tropical vegetation for a secluded feeling while still near everything. Use the spectacular route with manicured walkways to get you to the beach and community activities within mins.. Take advantage of one of the fishing lagoons on the property, or get some exercise in at the lap pool after a filling meal cooked on one of the on-site grilles.

Within the villa, you'll discover a well-equipped, open kitchen with granite countertops, bespoke cabinets, and modern appliances. The living room has ample seating, a pull-out sleeper, and sliding glass doors leading to the balcony area with table and chairs to savor the view. The villa's main bedroom features a queen bed, 32-inch flatscreen TV, and a private bathroom with granite counters and a shower/tub combination. The guest bedroom has twin beds and a 27-inch flatscreen TV. Appreciate complimentary WiFi and a private washer/dryer for freshening up your clothes.

The lap pool, kiddie pool, and tanning shelf will close on the evening of October 29, 2023, and re-plaster work begins on October 30. The hot tub will close on the evening of November 24. (Due to the re-plaster work, there may be times when the hot tub is not available.) All pools are scheduled to re-open on March 2, 2024 (date subject to change due to construction).
The heaters for both the lap and kiddie pools will stay on during the spring until the weather changes. The heaters will be turned back on in the fall, depending on the weather.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if allowed.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furnishings, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

Located in Hilton Head Island, this condo is near the beach. Shelter Cove Harbour and Palmetto Dunes Club are worth checking out if an activity is on the agenda, while those in the mood for shopping can visit Coligny Plaza.   • Book your vacation home as soon as possible. Rental schedules usually become available a year in advance (or in September just after Summer ends). Many families book their Summer rentals during Thanksgiving, Christmas, and New Years Eve get-togethers. Reserve before these holidays for best selection.
  • Summertime is high season in Hilton Head. To book the most suitable rental home within your budget, we highly recommend booking in the Fall or Spring. You'll enjoy lower rental rates, greater selection, beautiful weather and the absence of giant crowds at the beach and popular Hilton Head attractions.
  • Some hosts offer promotional rates for veterans. It's always a good idea to check with your property manager to see if rate reductions are available for your group.
  • Booking websites frequently offer their guests an option to buy vacation insurance protection. Trip insurance, which normally costs 1% - 5% of the base reservation price, offers visitors reimbursement of their vacation costs for missed days as a result of medical-related emergencies or weather, as well as ensuing additional hurricane evacuation costs or charges, such as an unexpected hotel stay or extra gasoline expenses.   • Don't forget to... Ask a local! Neighbors can frequently help. Who better to ask where to find the fresh catch of the day, have a great night out, or the best spots for shopping?
  • When it's time to leave, complete a walk-through to make sure you have not leave anything behind. Make sure to check closets, dressers, garages, and bathrooms for hidden treasure. Clean the refrigerator and take any leftovers home.
  • Walk through the rental a final time and keep an eye out for any damage. We advise inspecting the property with the host whenever possible. If the manager is not available, ensure that you take video and pictures of the property to record its condition at check-out.
  • Did your family have a excellent vacation? Most rental websites make it easy for travelers to provide comments.
