507 Barrington Arms is a favorite Palmetto Dunes Villa rental on Hilton Head Island that has just freshly been refreshed. This 2 bedroom/2 bath vacation villa offers unbelievable oceanfront vistas from its bright, 5th floor penthouse location. Panoramic ocean vistas can be adored from the living room, master bedroom, and balcony. The villa has a coastal theme with a living room that includes a queen sleeper couch and a 55" SMART TV. There is direct balcony access from the living room and master bedroom. Appreciate a glass of wine while appreciating the beautiful vistas.

The villa was newly modernized with designer finishes including an updated, completely equipped kitchen with stainless steel appliances and granite countertops. The master bath has a enormous walk-in spa shower and the guest bath has a soaking tub and upgraded fixtures.
