Take a gander at the famed lighthouse and shop at the premium outlet stores in the center of Harbour Town.

Back at this splendid home away from home, you'll be in awe from the moment you walk in through the front door: all-new furnishings (including a brand-new couch with a pull-out bed), an exceptional Lowcountry decor, and plenty of space for you and your friends. Feel complimentary to kick up your feet in the roomy living area and melt into the soft cushions of the furnishings for a fast nap. If you and your guests get hungry, look no further than the home's open-style full kitchen, equipped with stainless steel appliances for your convenience. The primary bedroom is the quintessential spot for rest and relaxation with its wood floors, roomy closets, and a full bath with granite countertops and a walk-in shower. Around sunset, step out onto the patio and take a breath of the invigorating ocean air as you clank drinks with your friends.

This home comes prepped with four beach chairs, a TV console, a new lounger couch that pulls out with an orthopedic bed, and a brand-new king-sized bed located in the primary suite. In case you need to check your e-mail or work from home, you'll have an ergonomic desk chair located inside the closet and 500-speed internet. The bathroom is completely remodeled, and the entire villa has just been painted in elegant beach tones, so it's bound to make you feel right at home!

*Phase 2 of the Lighthouse Lane Infrastructure Improvement Project is scheduled to begin in early May 2025, and is estimated to continue through June 2025.
Planned work will be conducted Monday-Friday from 7:00 AM to 7:00 PM, excluding major holidays. Weekend and overnight work may be necessary but will be communicated in advance.
Heavy machinery and construction cars will be traveling to and from the project site.
Single-lane road closures and flagging operations will be in place daily, weather permitting. Temporary full lane closures may be required at times.
Motorists should expect traffic delays, traffic detours, and be prepared to share the road with bicycle riders and pedestrians.
Sidewalks in the project area will be closed as needed. Pedestrians and bicycle riders should expect delays and be prepared to stop and follow detours.
For safety, bicycle riders will be required to dismount and walk bicycles around the active work zones.
Please also note that Harbourtown golf course will be closed from May 10th through mid November for maintenance.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if allowed.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furnishings, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

When to visit & When to book:

  • The earlier your group can reserve a vacation rental, the easier your search will be. The best vacation rentals are reserved very early.   • Lock your rental property while you're away! Don't let crooks spoil your trip.
  • Record any damages to the rental upon arrival, and immediately e-mail them to the property manager. We especially recommend e-mails and text messages, as they usually contain time stamps that are valuable if there is a dispute.
  • Be a good neighbor! You wouldn't like obnoxious visitors disrupting your peaceful neighborhood. Apply the golden rule for common sense. If they like you, locals might even recommend great restaurants and places you would have not otherwise known about!
  • Speaking of neighbors... Ask a local resident! Neighbors can frequently help you find the best spots in town. Who better to ask where to get the best breakfast in town, have a great night out, or the best spots for crabbing?
  • Don't leave anything behind! Just before departing, walk through the rental property to confirm you've collected all of your things. Check bathrooms, dressers, and closets for hidden belongings. Clean out the refrigerator and take or dispose of leftovers.
  • Inspect the rental one final time and look for damages to contents or the property itself. We advise walking through with the property manager whenever you can (often this isn't possible). If the host is not available, remember to take photographs of the property to record its condition.
  • After your trip, leave feedback! Property managers rely on excellent reviews to stimulate more bookings. They'll be much obliged for your review. Alternatively, if something wasn't as described, other vacationers will be thankful you shared your experience find their best rental home.
