The Primary bedroom has a king bed and a opulent en suite bathroom that was remodeled in 2023 which has an upsized tiled shower featuring a rain shower head plus a handheld, bench seat, and temperature control valve.

The guest bedroom has two double beds with balcony access along and en-suite bathroom with a combination shower/tub.

**Please note that the entire complex (North and South Buildings) will be undergoing a sizable-scale construction project from roughly 10/15/2025-4/30/2026, depending on and unforeseen circumstances that may arise. This will include painting of hallways, corridors, and optional replacement of oceanside windows and doors. There will be machinery and workers on site which can cause periods of brief noise.
