This Huntington Villa has been charmingly decorated with a beach vibe and attention to detail.

Upon entering this single-level floor plan villa, you are greeted by the living, dining and kitchen areas. The kitchen is refreshed with Quartz countertops and stainless steel appliances and has everything you need to prepare a meal should you choose to do so. Just off the kitchen the dining area seats six. The living area offers plenty of seating for your family and features a HDTV, two sleeper couches, and access to two private decks.

One deck is screened-in with a full set of comfortable outdoor furnishings to relax and appreciate the elegant lagoon vistas. The other deck features a dining table and gas grille.

The Primary bedroom has a king bed, HDTV and en-suite Primary bathroom. The Primary bath is extravagant with its quartz double vanity and huge walk-in tiled shower. The guest bedroom, or second master suite, features a queen bed, HDTV and its own en-suite bathroom. This guest bathroom has also been updated with a quartz vanity and enormous walk-in tiled shower.

Huntington's grounds are immaculate and its location makes for very painless access to the beach just across the street. Arthur Hills golf course is very close by, but all amenities are just a short bicycle ride away!

Located in Hilton Head Island, this villa is near the beach.
