LIVING AREA

The welcoming living area has a 36' flat-screen TV and a comfortable sleeper couch.

KITCHEN & DINING

The shining kitchen provides all you need to create delectable dishes, including plenty of counter space and ample cookware. Please note there is a stove, but not an oven.

When meals are ready, dine at the four-person table.

BED & BATH

This condo sleeps up to six guests between the two bedrooms and a queen-size sleeper couch in the living area.

Find comfort in the primary bedroom, fitted with a queen-size bed, a 36' flat-screen TV, and an en-suite bathroom with a tub/shower combination.

The second bedroom is furnished with two twin-size beds. The guest bathroom is configured with a tub/shower combination.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if allowed.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furnishings, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

Located near the beach, this condo is in Mid Island, a neighborhood in Hilton Head Island. Arts Center of Coastal Carolina and Coastal Discovery Museum are cultural highlights, and some of the area's landmarks include Fort Howell and Fort Mitchel. Adventure Cove and Pirate's Island Adventure Golf are also worth visiting. Take an opportunity to explore the area for water adventures such as fishing.

Find your perfect rental home:

  • June, July, and August are the most expensive months in the Hilton Head area. To find the best value, consider shifting your group's trip dates to the Spring or Fall seasons. May, September, and even October offer pleasant weather, , and reduced traffic.   • Hosts sometimes offer discounts for veterans and active duty military. Remember to ask your property manager if discounts are available for your group.
  • Booking websites often offer customers an option to buy vacation insurance. Trip insurance, which normally will cost 1% - 5% of the booking price, offers visitors reimbursement of costs for any missed days as a result of medical-related catastrophes or weather disasters, as well as ensuing additional hurricane evacuation costs or charges, such as an unexpected hotel stay or extra gas expenses.   • Are you bringing the family pet? Although a number of vacation homes allow pets or animals, guidelines and costs vary per property. Allowable pet type, breed, and size are often limited. Advice for your stay:

  • Get the owner's contact number and check in/check out procedures for your rental. Store the host's contact information in your smartphone.
  • Upon arrival, record any issues with the rental property and immediately contact the host. Record all coorespondence.
  • Property managers are there to help! Feel free to ask any questions before, during, or after your stay.
  • Be a good neighbor! You wouldn't like disrespectful vacationers disrupting your peace. Practice the golden rule for best judgement. If they like you, locals might even recommend great beaches and places you would have never otherwise known!
  • Speaking of neighbors... Ask a local resident! Residents can often help you find exactly what you're looking for. Who better to ask where to take kids for a treat, have a great night out, or the best spots for fine dining?
  • Protect the rental owner (and your stuff!) by locking and securing the home while you are away, just like you would at home.
  • At departure, take a final walk-through to make sure you haven't leave anything behind. Remember to check bathrooms, garages, and back yards for hidden treasure. Clean out the refrigerator and take any leftovers home.
  • Document the condition of the property at check-out. We recommend taking a video during your final walk-through.
  • Did you have a great time? Many rental managers make it easy for guests to provide feedback. If your rental property and/or property manager was terrific, they always love to hear your praise.
