Appreciate sunny days at the three on-site pools, one of which is just outside the front door. You're just a few short blocks from the charming South Forest Beach via a dedicated walking path, and don't forget to bring the beach chairs, collapsible beach cart, umbrellas, body boards, beach toys and coolers, available for your use. Additional on-site amenities include tennis courts and a lagoon, and you’re also near Coligny Beach Park or Coligny Plaza, with tons of stores, dining, and entertainment.

Vacation rental tips and tricks:
Finding the best rental value:
- Summertime is the most expensive season in coastal SC. Book your vacation home in the Spring or Fall to enjoy gorgeous weather while saving money and avoiding crowded roads, restaurants, and activities.
- Book your vacation rental as soon as possible. Rental schedules generally become available 12 months in advance (or in September just after Summer ends). Many groups reserve their Summer rentals during Thanksgiving, Christmas, and New Years Eve gatherings. Book before these holidays for best selection.
- Some hosts and property managers offer promotional rates for veterans. It's always a good idea to check with your host or property manager to see if rate reductions are available for your family.
- Property managers frequently offer their guests an option to buy trip insurance. Trip insurance, which normally costs 1% - 5% of the reservation price, offers visitors reimbursement of their vacation costs for any missed days as a result of personal medical-related issues or weather, as well as hurricane evacuation charges, such as an unanticipated hotel or extra gas expenses. Trip insurance might be a a welcome relief if the unforeseen happens. Ask your host for additional information.
- Often, property management companies supply Hilton Head area travel guides which include special offers, either offered independently by local businesses, or through a relationship with the rental management company and the business itself. You can also find visitors guide and coupon books at local shops and grocery stores.
Filter your search:
- Begin by choosing your vacation dates and a budget.
- Determine how many beds and the bed configuration your family needs. Updated third-floor condo near beach with three pools, WiFi, AC, & W/D has 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. If you need a larger or smaller rental, use our search.
- Precise information about bedrooms and bed types is often available on booking websites. If not, contact the property manager before reserving the property. Remember that most properties list the maximum guest capacity, which frequently includes sofa beds in living rooms.
- If there's a specific Hilton Head destination you simply love, look for properties that are either close by, or those that cater to your needs.
- Appropriate accessibility amenities can make or ruin a vacation for the less-mobile. Confirm all necessary amenities are included before reserving a rental.
- Some rentals allow pets, and some don't. Acceptable types of dog or cat, size and breeds may be restricted, and additional costs may apply. Ask the host about pets before booking.
Advice for a wonderful stay:
- Review check in & check out procedures before leaving home. Take a printed copy, and save the instructions to your smartphone.
- Document any damages to the rental upon arrival, and immediately e-mail them to the owner. We specifically recommend texts and e-mails, as they usually contain time stamps that are very helpful if a dispute arises.
- Ask questions. You may want instructions for a garage door opener, television set or thermostat. Contact your owner. They are there to help! A brief telephone call can prevent a lot of issues.
- Be a good neighbor! You wouldn't like loud vacationers disrupting your life at home. Employ the golden rule for common sense. If they like you, locals might even recommend great restaurants and attractions you would have not otherwise known about!
- Don't forget to... Ask a local resident! Residents can often help. Who better to ask where to find the best seashells, have a great night out, or the best spots for shopping?
- Lock your rental while you are out and about. Protect your property!
- Don't leave anything behind! Before departing, take a walk through the rental property to make sure you've collected everything. Check dressers, closets, and bathrooms for hidden items. Remove everything from the refrigerator and take any leftovers home.
- Document the condition of the property at check-out. We recommend taking a video during your final walk-through.
- Did you have a great stay? Many rental websites make it easy for travelers to provide comments. If your rental property and/or property manager was terrific, they would love to hear it. If anything was wrong and they failed to fix it in a reasonable manner, or if the vacation rental wasn't as described, you'll want to make a note as part of your feedback.
