After a day of adventure, you can prepare meals in the well-equipped kitchen with new appliance upgrades (including the microwave and dishwasher), host family game nights in the dining area, or kick back and watch your favorite shows on the enormous TV in the sunlit living space. If you opt to catch up on some remote work, high-speed WiFi (370-450 MBPS) ensures everything is lag-complimentary. The washer and updated dryer make laundry worries a thing of the past.

On the grounds, appreciate access to on-site amenities that include a community pool and grilling area. When you're ready to get out and discover, book a fishing trip or a dolphin cruise through one of the local marinas, or simply rent a canoe or kayak and take a leisurely paddle around the waterways. Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if allowed.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furnishings, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
