Inside the well-decorated walls of your home away from home, find cathedral ceilings, plush furnishings, ample living space, and all the amenities you adore to have while on vacation. The Beach Shuttle will operate from March 26 - September 6 (Labor Day)* from 9 AM- 5 PM, seven days a week, weather permitting. The beach shuttle service will be supplied from Lot 8 (Located off Greenwood Drive between Fraser Circle and Willow Oak Road West) with a drop-off service to The Sea Pines Beach Club.

Parking notes: There is complimentary parking available for 5 cars.



Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if allowed.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furnishings, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

This vacation home is located in Sea Pines, a neighborhood in Hilton Head Island, and is next to a golf course and near the beach.   • The earlier your group can book a vacation rental, the better your selection will be. The best rental homes are booked early. Reserving your vacation rental six - twelve months before your vacation is recommended. Holiday gatherings are excellent times to plan and book your rental home.

Thanksgiving and Christmas are great times to gather with family and friends at your favorite beach.
  • Active Duty and veterans of the US Armed forces may be qualified for special discounts. Be sure to ask your prospective property management company or host if your family qualifies for a discount.
  • Booking websites frequently offer renters an option to buy trip insurance protection. Trip insurance, which usually costs anywhere between 1% - 5% of the base stay price, offers visitors reimbursement of costs for days missed as a result of medical-related issues or weather disasters, as well as hurricane evacuation charges, such as an unexpected hotel stay or extra fuel expenses. Trip insurance can be a a life-saver if the unforeseen happens. Ask your property manager for program terms and fees.

  • At departure, take a final walk-through to confirm you didn't forget any personal items. Make sure to check dressers, closets, and bathrooms for hidden treasure. Clean out the refrigerator and take any leftovers home.
  • Inspect the property one final time and keep an eye out for damage. We advise inspecting the property with the host whenever possible. If the manager isn't available, remember to take photos of the rental to record its condition.
  • Did you have a terrific vacation? Many rental management companies make it easy for travelers to provide comments. If your rental property and/or property manager was wonderful, they always love to hear your praise. If anything was wrong and they failed to address it reasonably, or if the vacation rental wasn't as described, you'll want to make a note as part of your review.
