Beachy, bright, and modern – you’ve found the ideal spot for a Hilton Head hideaway with this two-bedroom condo. Modern furnishings and an open layout make it simple to spend time together. When you get hungry, the updated kitchen offers a full suite of appliances and plenty of prep space to whip up some breakfast. It's only a few mins. to the beach via the onsite beach path or just spend the day working on your tan at the pool. The kids will adore the close by Sandbox Kids's Museum, or spending the day together as a family in Celebration Park.

Unwind in the central air-conditioning when you return home and get comfortable on the couch to watch your favorite shows on cable TV after getting cleaned up in a newly updated bathroom. Fast WiFi will keep everybody plugged in throughout the day. Out on the patio, the ceiling fan provides a nice breeze. Dinner prep is painless with onsite charcoal grilles, but if you’d rather head out, you’re mins. from tons of great eateries. The primary bedroom has cable, while the second has Roku capabilities. When to visit & When to reserve a Hilton Head rental home:

• Book your rental as soon as possible. Rental schedules generally become available twelve months in advance (or in September just after the Summer season ends). Many families book their Summer vacation rentals during Winter holiday gatherings. Reserve before these holidays for best selection.
• Summertime is high season in the Hilton Head area. Reserve your rental home in the Fall or Spring to get the benefit of gorgeous weather while saving money and avoiding crowds. • Property managers often offer their guests an option to buy vacation insurance. Trip insurance, which normally costs between 1% - 5% of the stay price, offers visitors reimbursement of costs for missed trip time as a result of personal medical-related catastrophes or weather disasters, as well as ensuing additional evacuation costs, such as an unanticipated hotel or extra gas expenses. • Don't leave anything behind! Before you drive away, walk through the rental to confirm you've collected all of your things. Make sure to check bathrooms, dressers, and closets for hidden items. Clean out the refrigerator and take any leftovers home.
• Go through the property a final time and keep an eye out for any damage. We advise inspecting the property with the property manager whenever you can (often this isn't possible). If the property manager isn't available, take photos and video of the property to record its condition at check-out.
• Did you have a terrific time? Many rental managers make it easy for clients to provide reviews. If your rental property and/or property manager was terrific, they will likely appreciate your kind words. If anything was wrong and they failed to fix it within reason, or if the vacation rental wasn't as described, you'll want to make a note as part of your feedback.
