Beachy, bright, and modern – you’ve found the ideal spot for a Hilton Head hideaway with this two-bedroom condo. Modern furnishings and an open layout make it simple to spend time together. When you get hungry, the updated kitchen offers a full suite of appliances and plenty of prep space to whip up some breakfast. It's only a few mins. to the beach via the onsite beach path or just spend the day working on your tan at the pool. The kids will adore the close by Sandbox Kids's Museum, or spending the day together as a family in Celebration Park.

Unwind in the central air-conditioning when you return home and get comfortable on the couch to watch your favorite shows on cable TV after getting cleaned up in a newly updated bathroom. Fast WiFi will keep everybody plugged in throughout the day. Out on the patio, the ceiling fan provides a nice breeze. Dinner prep is painless with onsite charcoal grilles, but if you’d rather head out, you’re mins. from tons of great eateries. The primary bedroom has cable, while the second has Roku capabilities. Brand new ceiling fans in both bedrooms will keep everybody cool. End the nighttime with a toast to your good luck at booking this sweet escape.

Located near the beach, this condo is in South End, a neighborhood in Hilton Head Island. While the natural beauty of Coligny Beach and North Beach can be enjoyed by anyone, those looking for an activity can check out Palmetto Dunes Club.

When to visit & When to reserve a Hilton Head rental home:

  • Book your rental as soon as possible. Rental schedules generally become available twelve months in advance (or in September just after the Summer season ends). Many families book their Summer vacation rentals during Winter holiday gatherings. Reserve before these holidays for best selection.
  • Summertime is high season in the Hilton Head area. Reserve your rental home in the Fall or Spring to get the benefit of gorgeous weather while saving money and avoiding crowds. Many vacationers use this strategy to reserve larger homes, or to reserve an oceanfront rental that would otherwise be unavailable during June, July, and August. Speaking of the off-season, don't overlook Winter holidays for a Hilton Head vacation! Who wouldn't love a holiday vacation near the ocean? Thanksgiving and Christmas are great times to gather with friends and family at your favorite beach.
  • Veterans and Active Duty Military members may qualify for special discounts. Be sure to ask your prospective property owner or host whether your family qualifies for a special promotion or discount.
  • Property managers often offer their guests an option to buy vacation insurance. Trip insurance, which normally costs between 1% - 5% of the stay price, offers visitors reimbursement of costs for missed trip time as a result of personal medical-related catastrophes or weather disasters, as well as ensuing additional evacuation costs, such as an unanticipated hotel or extra gas expenses.   • Be a good neighbor. Frequently, adjacent homes are occupied by permanent residents. Respecting late-night noise limits and parking policies is the right thing to do.
  • Speaking of neighbors... Ask a local! Locals can frequently help you find the best spots in town. Who better to ask where to book the best tours, have a great night out, or the best spots for shopping?
  • Don't leave anything behind! Before you drive away, walk through the rental to confirm you've collected all of your things. Make sure to check bathrooms, dressers, and closets for hidden items. Clean out the refrigerator and take any leftovers home.
  • Go through the property a final time and keep an eye out for any damage. We advise inspecting the property with the property manager whenever you can (often this isn't possible). If the property manager isn't available, take photos and video of the property to record its condition at check-out.
  • Did you have a terrific time? Many rental managers make it easy for clients to provide reviews. If your rental property and/or property manager was terrific, they will likely appreciate your kind words. If anything was wrong and they failed to fix it within reason, or if the vacation rental wasn't as described, you'll want to make a note as part of your feedback.
