The dining room seats six and through the sliding glass door leads to the grille area and a path down to the dock. The kitchen is entirely refreshed with granite counter tops, plenty of cabinet space and new stainless steel appliances. The kitchen also has a stackable washer and dryer as well as an entry door that leads to the service yard.

The main level bedroom features a king bed, tv, sliding door to a private balcony overlooking the lagoon, and a private bath with shower tub combo. Up a flight of stairs are two additional bedrooms and a loft area with a modest desk. The first of the bedrooms has twin bedrooms, tv, private bath with shower tub combo and a balcony through sliding glass doors. The second bedroom has a king bed, tv, balcony, private bathroom with double vanity, walk in shower and a walk in closet.
