Baynard Cove 16 is a enchanting home including new living room furnishings, a thoroughly remodeled kitchen with new cabinets, granite counter tops and stainless steel appliances, modernized bathrooms, new wall-mounted flat panel TVs and updated décor throughout. This ideal four bedroom, four bath home in the heart of Sea Pines is just a brief 6 min. walk to the beach on a casual path and offers a sizable outdoor living space and huge, private heatable pool (for an additional price).
Bedroom and Bathroom Configurations
Two master bedrooms to the right of the living room. Both have new décor and feature king size beds and delightfully updated private baths with walk in showers.
The two bedrooms on the left of the living room each have a queen size and a twin bed and updated private baths. One bath has a walk in shower and the other has a shower/tub.

Please read our important pool heat information to help you have the most attractive holiday possible! This unit has a pool that can be heated between Labor Day and Memorial Day for an additional fee. At least seven days' notice MUST be given for heat to be turned on. If the outdoor temperature is colder than 55 degrees, the pool may not be able to maintain a warmer temperature. If the pool does not reach your desired temperature but is still warming, refunds will NOT be given. Please note there is a 5-day minimum to heat the pool.
Parking Notes: Private Driveway
Water Access: The beach is a very brief 6 min. leisure walk down a shaded path! You can take 1 of 2 different beach paths, both a 6 min. walk! From home driveway, head left to beginning of Baynard Cove Road to South Sea Pines Drive. Either turn left and walk up pathway and cross road at wooden bridge. (Do not take bridge, but cross street where pathway ends. Beach access path is ahead on the right side of the road. OR From home driveway, walk toward the beginning of Baynard Cove Road. Take pathway on right at the roads end. Follow pathway up just a brief distance to where the fork of South Sea Pines Drive and South Beach Lane begins. Cross S Sea Pines Dr and continue onto South Beach Lane. The beach path is on the left of the road past the first home on the left.
If you intend to visit the Sea Pines Beach Club, you will have to park at the Plantation Golf Club across the street for a daily parking fee of $10. It may be premium to plan to ride a bicycle or take the Sea Pines Trolley to the Sea Pines Beach Club as an alternative option.
5 day notification is mandatory in order to heat the pool. An additional pool heat fee of USD95 per day must be paid prior to check-in.
Damage Waiver: The total price of your reservation for this Unit includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if allowed.)
The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $2,000 of accidental damage to the Unit or its contents (such as furnishings, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
