This unit has a pool that can be heated between Labor Day and Memorial Day for an additional fee of $69/nighttime. You MUST notify Vacasa at least seven days in advance of your arrival if you would like to buy pool heat. If the outdoor temperature is colder than 55 degrees, the pool will not be able to maintain a warmer temperature. If the pool does not reach your desired temperature but is still warming, refunds will NOT be given.
This striking two-story home includes a screened-in private pool area with a gas grille, a backyard that looks out over a lagoon, and oak wood floor throughout the bungalow. The cavernous living room includes overstuffed chairs and a 55-inch flatscreen TV and DVD player. The thoroughly-supplied kitchen is separated from the living room by a breakfast bar and includes a roomy island counter and bespoke cabinetry.
