Each guest can find something to do, whether it’s sunbathing themselves by the pool or on the tanning shelves, calming in the picnic area, working out in the exercise center, or playing on one of the many tennis or basketball courts.

Renovations can be seen as soon as you enter the open kitchen with its Corian countertops, bespoke cabinets, and modern appliances. The patio will dazzle you with its ocean view, stealing your stresses away with each wave. Falling asleep in the living room won't be a problem thanks to the pull-out sofabed. This property is managed by Vacasa Vacation Units of Hilton Head Island LLC.
The lap pool, kiddie pool, and tanning shelf will close on the evening of October 29, 2023, and re-plaster work begins on October 30. The hot tub will close on the evening of November 24. (Due to the re-plaster work, there may be times when the hot tub is not available.) All pools are scheduled to re-open on March 2, 2024 (date subject to change due to construction).

The heaters for both the lap and kiddie pools will stay on during the spring until the weather changes. The heaters will be turned back on in the fall, depending on the weather.

Parking notes: There is complimentary parking available for 1 car.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if allowed.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furnishings, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

Coligny Beach and Coastal Discovery Museum reflect the area's natural beauty and area attractions include Adventure Cove and Pirate's Island Adventure Golf. When to book & When to go:

  • Summer months are the most expensive season in coastal SC. Booking in the Fall or Spring is our favorite way to save money on your rental home. Rental rates are lower, and you'll find a better selection of desirable homes. Speaking of the off-season, don't overlook the holidays for a Hilton Head vacation! Who wouldn't love a holiday on the coast? Thanksgiving and Christmas are great times to gather with friends and family at the beach.
  • Book your vacation home as early as possible. Rental schedules usually become available a year in advance (or in September just after the Summer season ends). Many groups book their Summer rentals during holiday get-togethers. Reserve before these holidays for best selection.
  • Some property managers offer discounts for veterans and active duty military. Ask your host or property manager if discounts are available for your group.
  • Booking websites usually offer their guests an option to purchase trip insurance. Trip insurance, which generally costs anywhere between 1% - 5% of the reservation price, offers visitors reimbursement of costs for any missed days as a result of medical-related catastrophes or weather, as well as evacuation costs or charges, such as an unexpected hotel overnight or additional fuel expenses. Trip insurance is definitely a welcome relief if the unforeseen occurs. Ask the property owner for program terms and fees.
  • Find a copy of your local Hilton Head visitors guide upon arrival. If your rental home doesn't have a copy, you can find them at local grocery stores, shopping centers, and visitor centers.   • Speaking of neighbors... Ask a local! Local residents can typically help you find the best spots in town. Who better to ask where to book the best tours, have a great night on the town, or the best spots for bird watching?
  • Keep the property locked while you are away! Don't let thieves spoil your holiday.
  • Double-check every room of the property to confirm that you've packed everything on check-out day. Remember to check bathrooms, garages, and back yards for hidden belongings. Remove everything from the refrigerator and take any leftovers home.
  • Document the condition of the property at check-out. We recommend taking a video during your final walk-through.
  • Did you have a wonderful stay? Most rental management companies make it easy for vacationers to provide feedback. If your rental and/or property manager was terrific, they would love to hear about it.
