This property is managed by Vacasa Vacation Units of Hilton Head Island LLC.
The lap pool, kiddie pool, and tanning shelf will close on the evening of October 29, 2023, and re-plaster work begins on October 30. The hot tub will close on the evening of November 24. (Due to the re-plaster work, there may be times when the hot tub is not available.) All pools are scheduled to re-open on March 2, 2024 (date subject to change due to construction).

The heaters for both the lap and kiddie pools will stay on during the spring until the weather changes. The heaters will be turned back on in the fall, depending on the weather.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if allowed.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furnishings, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

Located on the beach, this condo is in Folly Field, a neighborhood in Hilton Head Island. Coligny Beach and Coastal Discovery Museum reflect the area's natural beauty and area attractions include Adventure Cove and Pirate's Island Adventure Golf. Get the best value:

• Summer is the most expensive season in coastal SC. Booking your vacation rental in the Fall or Spring shoulder seasons is a good way to save on your vacation rental. Rates are lower, and you'll find a larger selection of desirable properties. Many vacationers use this method to find larger homes within budget, or to book a beach front vacation rental that would otherwise be unavailable or unaffordable during June, July, and August. Christmas, Thanksgiving, and New Years Eve are great times to gather with friends and family at your favorite beach.
• In the Hilton Head area, The sooner your group can book a vacation rental, the better your selection will be. The best properties are reserved very early. Booking your vacation property six - twelve months before your vacation dates is recommended. Winter holidays are excellent times to plan and book your vacation rental.
• Property management companies sometimes offer discounts or promotional rates for active duty military and veterans. Ask your host or property manager if discounts are available for your family before you book.
• Property managers frequently offer customers an option to buy vacation insurance. • Ensure you protect the rental owner (and your things!) by locking and securing the home when you are away, just like you would back home.
• Don't leave anything behind! Before departing, take a walk through the rental to make sure you've collected all of your things. Check bathrooms, garages, and back yards for hidden belongings. Clean out the refrigerator and take or dispose of leftovers.
• Document the condition of the property at check-out. We recommend taking a video during your final walk-through.
• Did your group have a terrific time? Most rental management companies make it easy for clients to provide comments. If your property and/or property manager was wonderful, they will likely appreciate your kind words.
