This cavernous, comfortable townhouse with kitchen, living rm, dining rm. and bath rm. on first floor. Second floor has two bedrooms each with private full bath. You are just across forest beach Dr. from the beach. That’s 550 feet from The sand . You’ll be walking distance from 5 star eateries including the well known Tiki Hut with live music and beach volleyball. We are Very excited about the completion of the Low Country Park, which will include a huge lawn for festivals, Concerts, gatherings and a sandbox kids's Museum. Also walking trails, Boardwalks and Exercise stations. You are also within walking distance of a Bilo grocery , a liquor store and sandwich stores. You’ll also find many souvenir and clothing stores in Coligny again all within walking distance.

About the Area

This vacation home is located in South Forest Beach, a neighborhood in Hilton Head Island. Shoppers can check out Coligny Plaza, while everyone can enjoy the natural beauty of Coligny Beach and Tybee Island Beach. The Sandbox and Lawton Stables are also worth visiting.

Sticking to a budget:

  • The earlier you can book a rental home, the better your selection will be. The most desirable rental properties are booked very early. Speaking of the off-season, don't overlook Winter holidays for a Hilton Head vacation! Who wouldn't love a holiday near the ocean? Thanksgiving, Christmas, and New Years are great times to gather with friends and family at the beach.
  • Active Duty and veterans of the US Armed forces may qualify for special discounts. Be sure to ask your prospective property owner if your vacationing group qualifies for a price reduction or discount.
  • Property management companies frequently offer renters an option to obtain vacation insurance.
