The dining area comfortably seats six guests, while another three guests can sit at the kitchen island/pass-through as well. Beside the dining area is a door which leads to the sizable screened-in deck area which overlooks a enormous swath of Palmetto Dunes' 11-mile lagoon system! A outdoor dining table is included for your enjoyment of this fabulous view.

The living room furnishings is new and adjacent to the kitchen and dining areas. Delightful features such as a new couch and adore seat make appreciating the wall-mounted Intelligent TV a enjoyment. There is a side door here that takes you to the side deck and grille area as well as the lagoon.

Behind the kitchen is the primary bedroom with a king size bed, HDTV and a huge en-suite primary bathroom. The bed and linens are new! The en-suite primary bathroom consists of a huge walk-in shower and a granite-topped two sink vanity.
