The dining area comfortably seats six guests, while another three guests can sit at the kitchen island/pass-through as well. Beside the dining area is a door which leads to the huge screened-in deck area which overlooks a huge swath of Palmetto Dunes' 11-mile lagoon system! A outdoor dining table is included for your enjoyment of this fabulous view.

The living room furnishings is new and adjacent to the kitchen and dining areas. Enchanting features such as a new couch and appreciate seat make appreciating the wall-mounted Intelligent TV a enjoyment. There is a side door here that takes you to the side deck and grille area as well as the lagoon.

Behind the kitchen is the primary bedroom with a king size bed, HDTV and a sizable en-suite primary bathroom. The bed and linens are new! The en-suite primary bathroom consists of a enormous walk-in shower and a granite-topped two sink vanity.
