Beside the dining area is a door which leads to the enormous screened-in deck area which overlooks a huge swath of Palmetto Dunes' 11-mile lagoon system! A outdoor dining table is supplied for your enjoyment of this incredible view.

The living room furnishings is new and adjacent to the kitchen and dining areas. Delightful features such as a new couch and adore seat make appreciating the wall-mounted Intelligent TV a enjoyment. There is a side door here that takes you to the side deck and grille area as well as the lagoon.

Behind the kitchen is the primary bedroom with a king size bed, HDTV and a sizable en-suite primary bathroom. The bed and linens are new! The en-suite primary bathroom consists of a huge walk-in shower and a granite-topped two sink vanity.
