49 Off Shore Drive, located in the Palmetto Dunes Oceanfront Community, offers a marvelous vacation experience with its cavernous and delightfully decorated 4-bedroom, 4-bath layout. The highlight of this property is its private pool and hot tub, providing ample opportunity for relaxation and enjoyment. Additionally, the private sitting dock overlooking a huge lagoon adds a serene touch to the setting, ideal for peaceful moments of reflection or birdwatching. Convenience is key with this property, as it's just a leisurely walk of 12-15 mins. to the beach, or a fast 2-3 min. drive with parking available at the Dunes House.

COMPLIMENTARY activities included with our signature Southern Hospitality Pass! Your pass includes one complimentary round of golf daily at partner courses like the Heritage Collection and the Brown Group. Note: This is per day, not per person. You also receive one complimentary round of miniature golf each day at Adventure Cove and one complimentary bicycle from Island Cruisers to start your stay. A $25 delivery fee applies for one bicycle; additional bicycles are delivered complimentary and available at a discount.

DOG FRIENDLY: Pet costs are not supplied in your Vacation Rental By Owner total and will be added by Vacation Homes of Hilton Head after your online reservation has been made. Our company has a two (2) dog max. and a weight restriction of 50 pounds max.. No cats or other animals allowed. Inquire with our reservations staff about a 3rd pet for an additional fee.

Pool: 28' x 12' *The pool can be heated up to 88 degrees for an additional $500/week, however it is not available from Memorial Day- Labor Day. Last min. requests are not guaranteed and subject to a fee. We cannot guarantee pool heat maintains when the air temperature is below 60℉. This fee is not included in Vacation Rental By Owner total and will be added once your reservation has been made.

*Car Passes: Palmetto Dunes Car Passes must be ordered at time of booking and can be picked up at our office on day of arrival. If you do not add passes at the time of booking, our Guest Ambassador with reach out to coordinate.

Seasonal Beach Shuttle: Palmetto Dunes Buggy is a COMPLIMENTARY on demand and door to door shuttle to the beach and Shelter Cove Marina, Stores, and Eateries. This Shuttle runs from April through September.

PROVIDED WITH RESERVATION:
- Linens, linens and bath towels
- Starter amenities (1-3 days worth) including: bar soap, shampoo, conditioner, lotion, dish detergent, dish soap, kitchen trash bags, laundry detergent, one roll of paper towels, toilet paper in each per
- Free Activities: Golf, Mini Golf, Bicycle Rental (1 round of golf per day, 1 round of mini golf per day, 1 bicycle per reservation)

NOT PROVIDED WITH RESERVATION:

- Beach Chairs, Pool Toys, Beach Wagons
- Kids's Items (Cribs, High Chairs, etc.)

PAYMENT SCHEDULE: To secure a reservation, we require a 50% deposit upfront and the balance payment due thirty days prior to arrival via Visa, Master, Discover, American Card. ID Verification is required.
