Sleeping Arrangements & Layout:

The main level features a cavernous primary suite with a huge private bathroom, walk-in shower, and 65-inch intelligent TV. A second bedroom on this floor includes a 55-inch TV and access to a close by hallway bathroom with a shower/tub combination.



Upstairs, you’ll find four additional bedrooms. Two guest rooms each offer private bathrooms with walk-in showers and 55-inch TVs. A second primary-style bedroom includes a 55-inch TV and convenient access to a shared bathroom with a shower. The final bedroom is ideal for kids or teens, featuring a gaming area, seating space, and a 55-inch TV, with hallway access to a shared bathroom.

Please read our important pool heat information to help you have the best vacation possible! This property has a pool that can be heated between Labor Day and Memorial Day for an additional fee. At least seven days' notice must be given for heat to be turned on. If the outside temperature is colder than 55 degrees, the pool may not be able to maintain a warmer temperature. If the pool or spa does not reach your desired temperature but is still warming, refunds will not be given. Please note there is a five-day minimum to heat the pool.



Other Things to Note:

If the parking pass is lost, regardless of the situation, an additional charge will apply, as Palmetto Dunes is a very strict community when it comes to their policies.

1 DAY/0 NIGHTS - $0

1-2 NIGHTS - $20

3-7 NIGHTS - $35

8-14 NIGHTS - $50

15-30 NIGHTS - $75

31-180 NIGHTS - $100



For pool heating requests, please notify us at least 7 days prior to your check-in date, as the pool requires sufficient time to heat properly.

Late pool heating requests are subject to approval and availability.



If the outside temperature falls below 55°F, the pool may not be able to maintain a warmer temperature. Refunds will not be supplied if the pool or spa does not reach the desired temperature but is still actively heating.



Pool heat is available seasonally from September 1 through May 25 only.



Things to Know:



There is a $200 non-returnable pet fee per pet if you plan to bring a pet. Please let us know how many family pets will be accompanying you so we can update your reservation accordingly.



A max. of 2 dogs is allowed. No cats are allowed. But you may ask us to see if owners will allow.
