This first-floor (modest set of stairs to access the first floor) condo's thoughtfully updated interior features a coveted open living, dining, and kitchen area. Unwind into vacation mode on comfortable furnishings and watch shows on the new 50-inch cable TV. Whip up favorite recipes in the well-equipped kitchen, then gather for memorable meals at the dining table. The gorgeously upgraded full bathroom (shared between the two bedrooms) features a new shower and great water pressure. Extra perks include central air-conditioning and a washer/dryer.

As part of South Forest Beach Community HOA, you will have access to a seasonal swimming pool, tennis courts, and pickleball courts. Located adjacent to the property, you will find one of the famed Hilton Head bicycle paths where you can appreciate leisurely bicycle rides or walks to some of the island's best destinations.

  • In the Hilton Head area, The earlier your group can book a rental home, the easier your search will be. The best vacation homes are booked early. Reserving your rental six - twelve months before your vacation is recommended. Christmas, Thanksgiving and New Years Eve are excellent times to plan and book your rental home.
  • Property management companies sometimes offer discounts for veterans. It's always a good idea to check with your property manager to see if rate reductions are available for your family before you book.
  • Management companies and individual rental owners often offer their guests an option to purchase vacation insurance protection.
