Devonshire 109 is a appealing, two-bedroom, two-bathroom villa in Port Royal Village with a splendid view of the lagoon and golf course. You will enter the villa from the unassigned community parking lot by taking 3 steps up to the front porch. Once inside, you'll find that this villa is charmingly decorated and has vinyl plank wood floor. The living room is well furnished and has a TV, ample seating, and a queen-size sleeper couch. There are numerous chairs for calming and a table and chairs on the patio. The entirely-equipped kitchen offers everything you will need to prepare daily meals. The dining area has a table with seating for four and an outdoor table for additional seating.

Bedroom and Bathroom Configurations:
The first bedroom has a TV, access to the covered balcony overlooking the lagoon and golf course, and access to a hall bathroom that features a shower/tub combo. The second bedroom has a TV, access to the covered balcony overlooking the lagoon and golf course, and a private en-suite bath with a shower/tub combo.

Property Highlights:
The community pool is not heated and is open April-October. The pool deck is open year-round for sunbathing.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if allowed.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furnishings, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
