The third bedroom has two double beds with a flat screen TV, private balcony and en-suite bathroom. The bathroom features a sizable jetted tub and separate walk-in shower.

Villamare has finished a multi-million-dollar pool remodel, creating a luxury beachfront experience with upgraded amenities. Highlights include a saltwater main pool and spa for families, a calming adults-only pool for guests 21+, and a year-round heated indoor pool and spa. Additional features include a modern exercise center, sauna, modernized bathrooms, oceanview sun decks, gas grilling stations, and a comfortable fire pit. Guests also savor private beach access, covered and uncovered parking, and elevator access to all floors. Outdoor pools are heated from March 15–May 1 and October 15–December 1, while the indoor pool and hot tub are heated year-round.

Noise: Some noise from construction equipment/materials may be experienced during the day; however, the project team is working to minimize any inconvenience.
