This striking Villamare condominium is directly oceanfront! The Kitchen contains bespoke cabinetry, granite countertops, bar seating for three and is completely equipped to meet your family's cooking needs. Just beyond the Kitchen is the Dining Area with seating for four.

The Living Room has been completely designer refreshed with a modern beach theme in mind to include new furnishings and accents along with a mounted flat screen TV.

The main bedroom suite has a king bed, flat screen TV, slider access to the private balcony and en-suite bathroom. The bathroom has a sizable jetted tub along with a separate walk-in shower. The second bedroom features a king bed, flat screen TV, private balcony and en-suite bathroom with a jetted tub and separate walk-in shower. It also has along a microwave and mini-refrigerator. The third bedroom has two double beds with a flat screen TV, private balcony and en-suite bathroom. The bathroom features a enormous jetted tub and separate walk-in shower.

Villamare has finished a multi-million-dollar pool remodel, creating a luxury beachfront experience with upgraded amenities. Highlights include a saltwater main pool and spa for families, a calming adults-only pool for guests 21+, and a year-round heated indoor pool and spa. Additional features include a modern exercise center, sauna, remodeled bathrooms, oceanview sun decks, gas grilling stations, and a comfortable fire pit. Guests also appreciate private beach access, covered and uncovered parking, and elevator access to all floors. Outdoor pools are heated from March 15–May 1 and October 15–December 1, while the indoor pool and hot tub are heated year-round.

Work Zones: The project will begin at Building Three and move to Building Two and then Building One. It will take place in sections or “stacks.” They are aiming for three stacks each week. Noise: Some noise from construction equipment/materials may be experienced during the day; however, the project team is working to minimize any inconvenience.
Parking: Certain areas throughout the neighborhood and parking spaces may be limited.
