Welcome! This impressive 3 bed & 3 bath condo in Shipyard, located mid-island, is one that you don't want to miss out on! This entire place is designed with your comfort in mind. It is really ideal for the entire family!

In the primary bedroom, there is a king size bed. It is ideal for calming whether you are finally getting off of your feet after a day of traveling or if you are seeking a nap after a long day at the beach! There are also two guest rooms - take your pick of which one you want. One of the guest rooms includes a queen size bed where the other has a queen bed and a set of twin bunk beds. Feel complimentary to watch all of your favorite movies and shows with max. comfort after a day around town. There is a Intelligent TV in every bedroom!

The roomy living room provides you with enough room for the entire family to sit comfortably on the huge sectional. It is also the ideal room for family movie nighttime if you just want to have a relaxing day -- the ideal activity for when it rains! There are three bathrooms, two of which include walk-in showers while the other has a tub/shower combo. This condo also includes a full size kitchen. Dining ware, silverware, cookware, and appliances are there for you to use for any meal you'd like. Whether you are wooing your partner with a charming dinner or cooking pancakes for the whole family, this kitchen as well as the dining room, are the ideal location.

Close to the back patio there is a modest nook room that is also able to sleep two guests on the queen sleeper couch that is included! The back patio has ample room for everybody to relax and sip on some tea, coffee, or a fruity little drink while someone is taking over the role of grille master for cookout nighttime! There is a grille for you to use at your leisure.

Within the immediate area, there is a communal swimming pool that is located fairly close to the condo. There is also a shuttle service that swings by at the front of the subdivision - feel complimentary to take it and discover the handsome island! However, it is only available from May to September.

As a reminder, we provide enough bathing towels for each guest during their stay. There is also a washer & dryer, so feel complimentary to use that if you see that you are running low! We also provide starter packs of dishwasher and laundry detergent. A roll of paper towels, a sponge, additional toilet paper, and trash bags are also supplied. We do provide 10 beach towels during your stay. Please note that there will be a $10 fee per towel if they are not returned by the time you depart. This community does NOT allow family pets. NO SMOKING OR VAPING ACCEPTED!
