The entryway opens to a cheerful dining area with freshly installed pergo floor.The room is brightened by a tall skylight/window combination and furbished with a formal glass table with "Tommy Bahama" upholstered seating for six. In addition, the room includes a full wall of closed storage shelves. The adjacent kitchen is newly refreshed and completely supplied and includes an open breakfast bar facing the living room.

The big living room includes a "Tommy Bahama" theme with a appealing seating group of couch, loveseat, and chairs, a 43" LCD TV/DVD, bookshelves, a bistro table for four, and a sizable slider door to the outdoor space, where there is an outdoor dining table for four, and a landscape view. One of 3 community pools is just steps from outdoor space through the courtyard. A convenient powder room is located on the first floor, as well.

Continuing the tropical theme, walk up the wood stained steps wth wainscoting to the second floor where you will find two bedrooms, two baths, and a washer/dryer alcove off of the hallway. The master bedroom includes a king-size bed, a TV/DVD, a 3-piece wicker seating group, a walk-in closet, and a private bath. A slider door opens to a charming private balcony that has a cafe table for two and landscaped view. The second bedroom has twin beds with unique picket fence headboards, a TV/VCR/DVD, a wicker loveseat in front of a sunny bay window, and a private bath.

Forest Beach stretches along the Atlantic Sea between Shipyard and Sea Pines Plantations. Bicycle paths and neighborhood lanes on North and South Forest Beach eventually draw one to Coligny Plaza, the hub of the Forest Beach area. While competing with the natural beauty and lure of the beach, the plaza offers a variety of shopping, dining, and fun entertainment for the whole family.

The Sea Wind complex is pet friendly, has a swimming pool that is open from April through October, complimentary on-site tennis, and is only a brief walk to the beach.All beach distances are measured from the center of the complex.2 car passes are allowed per villa.
