This beachside villa has many new updates! As you enter you are greeted by a entryway which separates the two sides of this villa, making it ideal for two or more couples or families with kids.

Going left you will first encounter the kitchen, which has been refreshed with impressive granite countertops, stainless steel appliances and bespoke cabinetry. The kitchen will, of course, be completely supplied with all the amenities you require to prepare a gourmet meal. Looking at from the Kitchen is the Dining Area with its seating for six, along with additional bar seating for three. Beyond the Dining Area is the Living Room. This area has been attractively decorated with the beach in mind and features all new furnishings with a enormous HDTV. A slider takes you to your private deck with vistas of the pool! Just off these areas is the Primary Bedroom with its King-sized bed and HDTV. The Primary also has a slider to the private deck and features an en-suite bathroom. The Primary Bath has been entirely modernized with a new granite double vanity and tiled walk-in shower.

On the other side of the villa is the Guest Bedroom with its two Queen-sized beds. This bedroom also features a slider to the private deck and an en-suite bathroom. The Guest Bath has been fully updated with a tiled tub and shower combination.

This villa is centrally located to everything Palmetto Dunes has to offer. You are seconds to the Dunes House Oceanfront Bar and Grille and, of course, the BEACH! You are a few min. walk to Alexander's Restaurant, Robert Trent Jones Golf Course and the General Store as well.
