A true focal point of the property is the backyard's in-ground pool, surrounded by the twinkle of string lights, and a variety of poolside loungers. A gas grille, hammock, and fire table are also available for outdoor entertainment.

Upon entering, you will immediately feel at home. With two living rooms to sprawl out in, everybody can savor their favorite shows with ease. The full kitchen is sure to make the chef of your group smile with its stainless steel appliances, cookware, and sizable breakfast bar. When you aren't dining here, gather around the huge picnic-style table, or in the sunroom.

As you discover the rest of the home, you will discover the equally inviting bedrooms, all adorned with soft linens, personal TVs, and central air. An attached bathroom with a walk-in shower is available off the primary bedroom. Additional amenities include a private washer/dryer and a collection of board games.

Near your stay, take a fast walk to the beach, or visit local attractions like Harbour Town Golf Links, the Harbour Town Lighthouse, the Coastal Discovery Museum, and a plethora of stores and eateries.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if allowed.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furnishings, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

Located near the beach, this vacation home is in South End, a neighborhood in Hilton Head Island. Sticking to your spending plan:

  • Book your vacation rental as early as possible. Rental schedules often open a year in advance (or in September just after the Summer season ends). Many families reserve their Summer rentals during Thanksgiving, Christmas, and New Years Eve gatherings. Book before these holidays for best selection.
  • Summer is high season in Hilton Head. Reserving a rental home in Spring or Fall is our best tip for saving money on your vacation rental. Rates are lower, and you'll find a better selection of suitable homes. Many vacationers use this strategy to reserve larger homes, or to reserve a beach front vacation rental that would otherwise be unaffordable during the high season.
  • Veterans and Active Duty Military members may qualify for special discounts. Be sure to ask your prospective property manager or host if your family qualifies for a price reduction.
  • Property management companies often offer customers an option to add vacation insurance. Trip insurance, which usually costs between 1% - 5% of the reservation price, offers visitors reimbursement of costs for missed trip time as a result of personal medical-related emergencies or weather, as well as ensuing additional evacuation costs, such as an unexpected hotel overnight or additional gas expenses. Trip insurance can be a a welcome relief if the unforeseen happens. Ask your property manager for program terms and fees.
  • Often, property management companies supply Hilton Head area visitors guide magazines that include money-saving deals, either offered directly by local companies, or by way of a partnership between the rental management company and the business itself.   • Speaking of neighbors... Ask a local resident! Locals can often help you find exactly what you're looking for. Who better to ask where to launch your kayaks, have a great night out, or the best spots for BBQ?
  • Don't leave anything behind! Just before you drive away, walk through the rental property to confirm you've collected all of your things. Check dressers, closets, and bathrooms for hidden belongings. Clean out the refrigerator and take or dispose of leftovers.
  • Document the condition of the property at check-out. We recommend taking a video during your final walk-through.
