Plus, unlimited entertainment will be simple to come by with multiple intelligent TVs, high-speed WiFi, and a enormous sectional in the living area!

Sitting less than a mile from the beach and within walking distance to all the fantastic amenities Palmetto Dunes has to offer—including the fashionable Palmetto Dunes General Store, bicycle units, eateries, and more—you can conveniently rent a few bicycles or take a fast walk over to the sand in no time. When you aren't playing a round of golf or calming by the pool, discover the close by stores, dining, and entertainment options, or make your way down to the hustle and bustle of Coligny Beach Park where you can spend the day appreciating the vibrant ambiance, local stores, and eateries this area is known for. The northern part of the island also features plenty of attractions worth discovering, making this the ideal spot to experience all Hilton Head has to offer!

Check-out time: 10:00 a.m.
All guests shall abide by The Good Neighbor Policy and shall not engage in illegal activity. Quiet hours are from 10 p.m. to 8 a.m.
No smoking is allowed anywhere on the premises.
Two twin futons are available for set up upon request.
Please note E-bicycles are not allowed.
Open-flame, gas grilles, and personal grilles are not allowed on the property.

Parking notes: There is parking available for a fee and charges will apply for 3 cars.



Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if allowed.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furnishings, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
