With plenty of space for your family to spread out, relax, and savor the Lowcountry lifestyle, this home promises a really memorable hideaway.

Step inside and feel instantly at ease. The welcoming entryway features warm terra cotta-style tile, which flows into the kitchen and dining areas. To the left, the bright and airy living room invites you to relax on a plush blue couch and matching loveseat, all centered around a fireplace and a 55” HDTV, ideal for movie nights or a peaceful evening in. The adjacent dining area seats six and opens to a private deck through sliding glass doors, offering serene vistas of the lagoon and simple access to the pool.

The cavernous kitchen is a home chef’s delight, with sleek black countertops, stainless steel appliances including a flat-top stove and seating for three at the breakfast bar. A cozy breakfast nook with an oval table for four makes for the ideal spot to sip coffee and plan the day. A hallway just off the kitchen homes the washer and dryer, plus a full bath with a walk-in shower shared by the close by the King guest bedroom, complete with a 43” HDTV.

On the opposite side of the home, you’ll find three additional bedrooms. One features two queen beds with striking nautical décor and a 32” HDTV. Another is ideal for kids, with two twin-over-full bunk beds and a 32” HDTV for their entertainment. A second hallway bathroom offers a single vanity and walk-in shower. The master suite is a peaceful getaway at the end of the hall, boasting a king bed with a driftwood-style headboard, a 43” HDTV, full-length mirror, and a high-top table for four. The private en-suite bathroom includes a walk-in shower and single vanity.

Step outside to your own private outdoor getaway. The two level deck offers something for everybody. Rocking chairs and a high-top dining set on the upper level, and a shining 16' x 32' pool surrounded by two dining tables and four lounge chairs on the lower level. The calming lagoon view adds a ideal backdrop to your morning coffee or sunset drink.

Pool heating is available for an additional fee; however, please note that the pool may not maintain warmth if outdoor temperatures fall below 55°F, and refunds will not be issued in these cases. The fireplace is decorative only and not available for guest use.
