A cavernous open plan with living and dining area that open to the completely-equipped kitchen makes it painless to savor activities together. The main floor vistas the golf course and a wrap around deck, with a gas grille.
The living area features a sectional couch, TV and comfortable chair all with a golf view! Savor books and games supplied. The dining table seats 8 and is open to kitchen and living area. You will also appreciate 2 bar stools for convenient meals in the kitchen.
On the first floor you will find master bedroom with king bed, TV and elegant vistas out to the golf course. Full bathroom with walk in shower and double sinks. Laundry room is also on the first floor.
The second floor has two guest suites, one with 2 queen beds and full bath with tub/shower combination, the other with two double beds, TV and full bath with walk in shower.
The complex is located around handsome fairways and manicured grounds. This townhome is located only a short walk away from the beach, golf, tennis and the freshly remodeled private complex pool. Get outside and enjoy over 50 miles of bicycle paths on the island.
If you prefer to drive to the beach, you will be included a car pass. During the summer months there is a shuttle that stops in the parking lot and will transport guests to the beach club which is located oceanfront in Shipyard Plantation.

Located in South End, a neighborhood in Hilton Head Island, this villa is next to a golf course and near the beach.
